Love the color of my pink BOSU! I’ve wanted to add one to my home gym for a long time and finally was able to. Although shipping was fast, I was a little disappointed when I received mine from FedEx and the box was damaged. Received everything except plug puller but my BOSU does have creases in it where the box was damaged so I hope that it doesn’t effect the product integrity.

I'm not sure if you can hear it, but the air is coming out of the bottom when I stand on it or even push on it. The whole reason I purchased the bosu was to practice my balance after surgery. The hand pump that came with the bosu we broken, a friend and I spent a combined 6 hours trying to inflate it until I finally gave up and purchased an electric inflator. The plug is difficult to get out and the bosu didn't come with a pluh remover. The box the bosu came in s town apart when I received it and the bosu had some black marks on it. I'm wondering if I received a product someone returned. I also don't remember seeing the hole where the plug is on the bosu my I used at my physical therapy office.

Store owner replied: Hi Rebecca, The air escape sound could be normal and will go away overtime with use as the material settles inside of the base. There is dead space between the bladder and platform and that is most likely what you are hearing. We recommend keeping an eye on it for a day or two to confirm that it is retaining air. If it is in fact losing air, please email help@bosu.com You can easily remove the plug with a metal spoon if you don't want to purchase the plug puller that we sell separately. As for the black marks, those could've just been missed from the factory after taking it off the machine. Were you able to get it cleaned up? If not, could you email a photo to help@bosu.com

Great product Fast shipping So so happy
The box came beat up and partially open. The pump was in pieces and the plug was missing. For spending $200 I’m not impressed at all. I’ve had it 2 weeks and can not use it because I have no plug. I sent an email and was told one would be sent to me. Well it’s been a week and I still don’t have one and now I’m getting no response to emails.

I haven’t used it too much but I’ve always wanted one & couldn’t resist when I saw it comes in pink but that it’s also covered by FSA. My toddler loves pink so she’s decided to use it as a trampoline & she’s WAY steadier just standing on the ball side then I am… I stay on for a few seconds the fall 😅

Better than I expected
I use my BOSU daily at my standing desk. I have ADHD - my BOSU is my version of a fidget spinner. I stand while working more than I sit at this point, variety of exercises that can be done without it seeming like exercise. And, BONUS, my body feels significantly different - BETTER - utilizing my BOSU throughout my work day.
Love the Bosu however the pump was useless, seemed to be broken. That is the only reason for 4 stars
Works as advertised!
So far my partner loves the Bosu ball, he was using it at the gym all the time so it was nice to get something at home while he was watching TV. The extra grips from the "pro" edition he mentioned makes it easier to use without socks or shoes. It does make a funny sound when you step on it to equalize the pressure, but it's not deflating.

I just received my first Bosu however the box is torn and damaged in several areas. The flat part of the bosu has nicks and the plugs are missing. I am interested in returning my item for an exchange. Can you please provide the best contact number to make this arrangement.

Hard to inflate
It seems to lose air every time I use it. The plug is completely in, but it’s kind of noisy while in use.

I purchased the balance trainer for my home to augment my workouts when I cannot get to the gym. The first trainer came to me defective but customer service very quickly and without issue replaced the item. Since receiving the trainer and support I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend not only the products (as I did purchase others) but the company and its support staff as well.
