It will not hold air. Have inflated 5 times and continues to lose air quickly. It has been blown up in this picture for 10 minutes.

The inflation pump comes apart and leaks at the seam where it comes apart. I can pump to my heart’s content but can’t keep up with the leak. Therefore, I cannot pump it to the prescribed height. So, I can’t use it. My recommendation is that you ship this with a better pump. Thanks.

Love it! Got it after the recommendation from my pilates instructor. Working from home is really taking a toll on my back and general wellbeing, so i have high hopes on this one. 🫶🏻
Great for training balance for my sport. I also feel like my ankles are getting stronger. It is quite big and takes up a lot of space, but I ended up making a station out of it and return to it throughout the day to get work in here and there, in between work.
It arrived with a broke pump. I couldn’t contact the authorized seller within 30 day because I fell, had surgery and spent 9 weeks in rehab. It came 1/7/2026. They said to contact you about warranty.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to use mine yet. I can say that I am going to love it. I have used it at Physical Therapy and it will help me get into running shape. Currently I am non-weight bearing in my left foot. So, being patient until I can use it!!!
The BOSU team provided great customer support when a piece was missing upon delivery. I received the missing piece quickly and got my BOSU functional. I love it! There are so many ways to use it for lower body, upper body, and core. I’m happy to finally have one for my home!
I was introduced to the Bosu Pro Balance Trainer at our gym and am amazed how quickly it became a part of my regular routine. Its versatility makes it fun and I’m thrilled by the results in improved balance and core strength in such a short time.
The bosu came with a seriously inferior tool for blowing it up (I finally used a tool from a previous piece of equipment) and no instrument for removing the plug once it was in (ditto).
Other than that the bosu is ok
Just like the gym-in the convenience of my home. I love bosu and purchased one for home use in my physical therapy protocol. I will continue to use once my rehab is complete and other family members can use as well.
The bosu itself is terrific, and there are a handful of subtle design improvements that make it substantially better than the version I purchased years ago (in particular, the raised knobs on the bottom are gone, which makes standing on that side much easier).
The pump that came with the bosu, however, is useless. Well, it's not a pump. One can push a bit of air into the bosu, but reversing the cylinder sucks it right back out again. I ended up using the pump that came with my first bosu, and all was well.
At the price point of the 350lb-rated "professional" model, I'd rather pay an extra $20 for a pump that would make inflating the bosu a trivial operation.
