Ballast® Ball - 65cm

This 65cm Ballast® Ball is like no other stability ball in the gym. A premium exercise ball designed to support everything from core training and balance exercises to strength workouts, stretching and rehabilitation. Designed with burst-resistant material capable of withstanding up to 1,000 pounds of pressure, the ball is designed for both home and commercial fitness environments.

This Ballast® Ball has a six-sided surface design for proper alignment and positioning and 1.5 lbs. of multi-dimensional load, which keeps it from moving during your workout.
