Incorporate the Balance Pods with a Ballast® Ball, Exercise Ball or any Balance Trainer utilizing both sides; flat side down for a more stable base or dome side down for added challenge. The Balance Pods are 6.5in in diameter and have raised rings to provide grip and comfort for the hands and feet.

Love my Bosu and balance pods! Excellent addition to my home gym!
Extremely cute and well made. Can't wait to use it! It's a perfect addition to my home gym collection. I like everything to be of the same brand and use it in a complimentary way bosu intends exercises to be. It's got a pretty firm feel and doesn't feel like it would slide off the floor which is great.
I love using these for my 3 different positional squats.

I am still learning the workouts for these mini bosu balance pods. They are lightweight and portable. My young daughter tried to steal them from me. I took a picture of them sitting on top of a balance trainer for idea of size/scale.
These are wonderful! I use them on my Pilates reformer to add a bit of challenge to my standing and prone wor. They also work so great on the mat and to improve proper form and positioning, when I don't want to grab my Pilates ball and have to clean another piece of equipment.

Small, deflated, no pump???? No specific exercises for these since they are so small? Super disappointed. It’s only 3 inches off the floor… I’m 130lbs and it deflates to half that. R u kidding me?

I bought these to help wrists when I am doing planks. I had been using towels these are so much nicer. I am also using them to help me with squeezing during bridge planks as well. Great quality and light weight for traveling.
The pods make it easy to add a bit of instability (and wrist relief) to workouts. They feel much more durable than I thought they would. Love the rose gold color too!

They aren't as sturdy as we expected but still great to use.
My BOSU’s are under inflated and there is ZERO information OR dedicated pump or adapter to fill! Every search results in a generic pump that DOES NOT WORK. I’ve broken 2 so far and still can’t fill my mini bosu’s. Feels like a huge fail, rip off, waste of money.
