The Helm is an elevated push-up bar with multiple functionalities. It allows you to train your upper body for strength, stability and endurance, while simultaneously working your core; adding more dynamic properties to the static plank position.
The Helm was designed as a multi-purpose push-up bar. It was engineered to sit on the ground for standard push up and plank support and to sit perfectly on top of the Balance Trainer or Exercise Ball for added instability training.
The ergonomic handles allow for a proper wrist position - preventing wrist strain, fatigue and injury. The three different positions also allow for a more expansive range of musculature targeting.

Enjoy working out with it but it came looking like it was used as color is faded throughout the whole thing and I was dissapointed when I opened the box to see it looking like that as it didn't look new though tag on it. Looks like it was salted or bleached.
So far it has been awful. My HELM was supposed to have been delivered on 12/4/25 but as of 12/13/25 it still hasn’t arrived. I have reached out twice (by the Contact Us link BOSU provided on my receipt) and have not heard back. Very disappointing experience.
I love the different grips for doing push-ups, especially on the balance trainer or ball.
I get a better push up. Hopefully will see more strength and cuts.

I love using this so much. All the different handles allow for so many great exercises. Also, it is so steady that even my 83 year old mom can do exercises on it. Here is a picture of her doing a plank. She hasn't before been able to do a plank so this is a wonderful tool for her!
Hey, just wanted to say—I actually love it. I use it every day, both on the ball and on the floor. I’m doing a minimum of 150–200 push-ups daily with a variety of exercises. It’s a great design, and I really like it.
This is a great product. My dog Sully helped to unpack it and is especially proud of it:) I love the functionality and the multiple uses. Very solidly built and very useful. Love it.

I purchased the Helm back in October 2022. I use it pretty frequently. Today it snapped in half on one of the sides while I was using it. When I called customer service they said the warranty was one year. So...if you have had one of these for over a year...keep an eye on it.
The helm push up bar arrived filthy dirty. I am going to request for a new, clean push up bar.

I had surgery for a wrist fracture and then 6 months later carpal tunnel surgery. I was not able to do push ups without pain until I bought this. So happy with this product and love I can do different variations of pushups
I bought this as an afterthought really. The BOSU website offered it as I was checking out on another purchase. I think it is a great product. A trainer once had me train with pushups on a lat pull bar laid on top of a BOSU ball. I could feel the effort in my core during the exercise movement. This product makes a similar exercise much safer.
I just bought the helm to use with my boau ball. It’s very easy to use and helped me to keep form while doing pushups. I love this passion to my gym collection!
I need to increase my upper body strength but I have tried planks on this device and it does help. I look forward to using it for pushups when I get a little stronger. It is made of sturdy plastic. It can sit on top of the Bosu balance trainer.
Phenomenal addition to your fitness space!! Somehow it makes me feel like I am much more powerful. It truly helps with form and easier on the joints. Recommend 100%!!! Bosu classes are much more dynamic now!!

Great piece of gear. Takes the pressure off the wrists during pushups. When used with the BOSU it provides destabilization and core activation to the exercise .
