The NexGen™ Pro Balance Trainer has a textured dome with 4 textured quadrants. These quadrants allow for precise body positioning and cueing while working on cardio, agility, strength, core, balance and mobility exercises. The textured dome enhances grip for hands and feet. The NexGen™ Pro Balance Trainer is ideal for group fitness, complex movements and advanced fitness professionals in a professional setting. It is designed with a patented non-slip, over-molded base meant to withstand continual daily gym usage. 

The Helm is an elevated push-up bar with multiple functionalities. It allows you to train your upper body for strength, stability and endurance, while simultaneously working your core; adding more dynamic properties to the static plank position. It was designed as a multi-purpose push-up bar, engineered to sit on the ground for standard push up and plank support and to sit perfectly on top of the Balance Trainer or Exercise Ball for added instability training.

The ergonomic handles allow for a proper wrist position - preventing wrist strain, fatigue and injury. The three different positions also allow for a more expansive range of musculature targeting.
