These XL Balance Pods allow you to get a total body workout as you simultaneously improve your balance, coordination and agility. Use the Balance Pods for both upper and lower body exercises, developing core strength and stability. Incorporate the Balance Pods with a Ballast® Ball, Exercise Ball or any Balance Trainer utilizing both sides; flat side down for a more stable base or dome side down for added challenge. The Balance Pods are 10in in diameter and have raised rings to provide grip and comfort for the hands and feet.

I bought these to take with me to the Philippines where I live many months a year. A big 25" Bosu would not fit in my luggage unfortunately. Though I have yet to fully maximize the design of these 10" wonders, they do work well with kettle bell workouts, which I just started. My plan is to get a Bosu balance trainer ball here to compliment these. Searching as I write.
