Bought the Bosu bands after using them at my gym. They are so comfortable! They don’t roll up dig into my legs. They just lay flat.
I find these more comfortable to use than regular resistance bands and they stay in place.

The band is very stiff. Much stiffer than the medium band at my physical therapist's office. So hard to know how to gauge which strengthening items to buywhen every company out there has a different label and a different standard

I’ve used the Bose for years but this one deflates very easily. The sound of the air coming out when there’s pressure, is prevalent.

Store owner replied: The air escape sound could be normal and will go away overtime with use as the material settles inside of the base. There is dead space between the bladder and platform and that is most likely what you are hearing. If you are noticing that the BOSU is deflating after a day or two, please reach out to help@bosu.com
