Excellent product very stable and good for exercise.
I have used a Bosu ball at local gyms but not the Elite. This one is superior and seems to provide the challenge needed build strength, and stability. It is high quality and worth the additional cost. This product is durable and is going to help me take my fitness to the next level.
I have used a knock off for quite some time, but when I realized they had the Bosu Elite - I went for it and I'm so glad I did. You are using body resistance instead of a balance trainer so if you want to build more lean muscle, this is the one for you!
This is the exact one they have it at my gym. I absolutely LOVE this BOSU Elite. It's sturdy enough where you don't get too wobbly and so it doesn't put too much pressure on your ankles. Even if you are a beginner (like me) you will do just fine. :)

I've used the BOSU for years in my clinic practice. The new elite is a nice bump up from the standard BOSU model. I had a hip resurfacing that did not have the outcome I had hoped for and I've been struggling with working my deep external / internal hip rotators. I've done tons of seated chair squats with not a great deal of improvement. When I use the BOSU, I can feel it deep in the hip, so hopefully this will help improve the stability of my hip.
