My BOSU was leaking air. I was able to troubleshoot the issue and ordered a new plug. It solved the problem.
the plug is wonderful and saved me the expense of buying a new bosu ball. HOWEVER ..... i was charged $14.86 for the plug. $6.99 for the plug and the balance for shipping. according to google the creator has sold millions of bosu balls globally. again according to google, a bosu ball plug weighs about 1/2 of an ounce and cost between 2 cents and 15 cents to manufacture. freight can be expensive due to the shape, but to charge $6.99 for the plug is a ridiculous rip off especially since a buyer has already paid between $100 and $100 for the ball.

Only been a few days but so far the plug is holding. However, the picture showed two plugs when I ordered. Only one arrived. When I checked back on the website, the picture had been changed to show only one. My email order confirmation shows two. Paying almost ten bucks just in shipping then six more for one small plug in an envelope the size of my hand is highway robbery, but it's the only way to use my Bosu. There also seems to be mixed marketing on where products are made...USA vs China. I'll look at a company with more consistency in their marketing and product description, more affordable and more available products in the future most likely.

I'm sorry for the confusion regarding how many plugs you would receive - we will have another sent out. Regarding manufacturing, the majority of BOSU products are made in the USA — even our pumps that used to come from china are made in ashland, Oh now. Some accessories are imported, and we’re working to make this clearer across our site.
The plug fell through the hole and I was unable to retrieve it

We only sell one type of plug for our balance trainer. Could you please email a photo of the valve on your unit to help@bosu.com
Original packaging should have put the plugs in a baggie taped to the pump making ordering replacements unnessary.
My first order didn't make it, even though USPS says they delivered it. The customer service rep was kind enough to send me a new one and I am now once again happily training on my Bosu ball. Thank you so much! A small plug might not seem like a big deal, but it is everything to me to be able to use it again!
The plug itself is good and arrived quickly. I paid almost as much in shipping, though, as the plug cost. Although I could have gotten "free" shipping from Amazon, I am boycotting them, so I didn't have another option, as far as I can tell.
