I received what appeared to be a used item, and the pump was broken upon arrival. I was highly disappointed with the customer service, as it was difficult to get any help resolving my issue. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

I lost my Bosu Balance Trainer in a move, and have missed it for the past year. There are so many ways to use this thing that I decided I couldn't live without it any longer.
Had knee surgery and this BOSU is getting my legs stronger and working the VMO muscle back in shape for ski season. Awesome product!

I use it at home 4-5 times a week as I am taking a Bosu balance class at the YMCA. My balance is gettinbg better and my core and leg strength are noticably stronger. It has been and will continue to be a good purchase and very heavily used part of my physical regimen.
Took a while to get here, but when it did arrive it was perfect.
I enjoy the Bosu and have for years. The pump they provide in with the package is pure, raw garbage. It leaks as much air as it puts into the ball. No way you can inflate to the specified height with what the provide. I had to resort to my tire inflator to get it to inflate. Also, if you watch the video from Bosu on YouTube, the two Bosu reps inflating the Bosu ball don't get it to the specified height. The ball is about an 1" underinflated. As mentioned, I've used if for years and enjoy it. Don't enjoy trying to inflate it.

Shipped me a broken product and the replacement sent the wrong model that is $45 cheaper. I ordered the Pro and received the Home. Two strikes in trying to get the right order and that isn't broken or used.

Great communication with customer service when I contacted them to ask a question about my purchase. Timely delivery, well packaged, looks and feels super sturdy. Easy to get ready for use - note the 2 plugs provided are inside the wrapper of the supplied hand pump. I didn't see them at first. There is fine print telling you it's there, but I didn't see that. Easy to inflate if you start inflating with it dome side down propped against something. That's so the rubber dome material doesn't press against the nozzle while you're trying to inflate. Once you get it started, then continue inflating dome side down with the box right next to it so you can tell from the supplied markings on the side of the box that you've inflated it to the proper 10" from top of dome to bottom of base. Lots of training and exercise information on the site too. I've been using it every day, and I think it's well worth the investment!

Bosu balance trainer is a staple for balance and joint stabilty
I like the Bosu but the stench of it is overwhelming. I keep it in a closet between uses, and MAN, it smells like a tire store in there when I open the door! I literally hold my breath as I get out my dumbbells, mat and the bosu. So unpleasant!
Bought it to supplement physiotherapy exercises.
Well built product and the customer support is top notch. They went out of their way to ensure the setup process went smooth when I contacted them.
I haven’t taken it out of the box yet, but I am not new to using the Bosu. It’s a GREAT workout, and can be used in soo many ways!

Awesome and versatile balance trainer. Great for pushups, too, with and without the Helm. I’ve used it in rehab for ankle and hip injuries.
Really enjoy it but the bladder keeps popping out and I don’t have tools to open it up and fix properly. Disappointed in that for sure.

I love this product. I always loved it when I had a gym membership, and now that I’m building out my own home gym this was a much desired addition. Absolutely love the rugged design of the Nexgen.
