Iy seems to be good quality. I do find the Bosu ball at the gym more challenging than this one. I'm unsure if the texture on the ball makes it slightly more stable than the smoother model. Overall, im happy with the purchase.

Inflating this thing was a major challenge. The wimpy pump that came with thr product broke. Husband grabbed another larger pump and some equipment to keep the bosu stable. It’s now inflated and functional. The bosu itself is high quality. The instructions and pump are another story.
It works and looks robust enough to last a lifetime.
It is of good quality in material. Little detail can be improved like the inflation hole. The bosu was inflated according to the instructions. I laid it on the floor but few days later the bosu became softer bit. Not sure how to store it properly and to prevent it from deflation quickly

I sent it back...there was a leak and the air just kept coming out. Did not want antiher one I had to fill up with air again. The air pump that is sent is worthless
I received a ball which I believe had been returned by another customer. The pump was open and the cellophane which was once on it was enclosed. There were no plugs enclosed, so I couldn’t use the ball. Customer service wouldn’t expedite delivery of the plugs. I returned the ball and am waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed. This company has poor customer service. The paperwork enclosed in the delivery didn’t even include an 800 number so I could call about the order.
Good product, works as intended
I am a fitness trainer and have owned and used Bosus for 20 years now. They are so versatile and make workouts fun and challenging. It's a great way to add balance and concentration to my clients routines.
Didn't show up with a pump or the plug.
It is awesome. We keep it in our living room so the whole family can play/workout/practice balance throughout the day. Now I want to get one to keep in my office at work!

Just got my Bosu. Can't tell if I'll like it or not because it's impossible to inflate. Bummed that it seems like I'm going to need to spring even more cash to try and inflate it.
5 months of home use and it developed a hole around the base and rendered useless.
Brand new Bosu and the finish has darks spots in the plastic, scratches and a film that leads me to believe the finish is defective. I reached out to customer service about a warranty replacement and never got a response.
The BOSU ball I received would not hold air. I know it will hiss and that it has a seal inside, however mine had some other issue. I was never able to use it due to the fact that it would not stay inflated. I was able to talk to Caitlyn in customer service. I have a new BOSU ball on the way and am looking forward to incorporating it into my exercise routine!
Just trying to stand and balance on it for right now. Building back up strength after surgery this way since I can’t go to fitness class yet.

Customer service is amazing!
The BOSU Ball is a great training tool. The difficulty I have had recently is quality of manufacturing. A BOSU Ball I purchased in '23 had to be replaced because of a leak where the ball is fused together at the base. The replacement ball lasted less than a year before it began to leak where fused together. I replaced that ball recently and so far no leaks! This go-around the inflation pump did not work at all. Luckily I had a pump from the prior purchase and it worked fine. Is it just bad luck on my end or a quality control issue???
I love the Bosu Ball quality! It is very well made, looks very nice, and easy to set up and adjust the air as needed. I have it in my living room so it is easy to use anytime-for a break, fun, or exercise. I love to simply stand on it for my posture and balance. I have poor posture and scoliosis. I feel it will improve my posture awareness and my walk. I love the exercises that come with the Bosu Ball. I enjoy making up my own movements and be creative. The Bosu Ball can be for anyone, whatever their level of ability. It is FUN!! Thank you for a FANTASTIC exercise product!!

Setting up the Bosu was very straight forward. The video was very clear. There is a multitude of exercise videos between those that are on the getting started webpage and others online. It takes some effort and patience to work up some of the exercises because they are new, but they are rewarding and I expect to benefit a lot.
The package came opened. All sides were completely open and i have no idea how the bosu ball did not come out in shipping. Still not sure if im missing any peice that might have fallen out. And you could tell that the box used for shipping had no tape on it just a flap for closing.
