This 45cm Ballast® Ballis like no other stability ball in the gym. A premium exercise ball designed to support everything from core training and balance exercises to strength workouts, stretching and rehabilitation. Designed with burst-resistant material capable of withstanding up to 1,000 pounds of pressure, the ball is designed for both home and commercial fitness environments.
This Ballast® Ball has a six-sided surface design for proper alignment and positioning and 2.5 lbs. of multi-dimensional load, which keeps it from moving during your workout. It won’t hold air and the sand leaks. I bought two of these one is at my other house which hasn’t been opened yet.
Please refund or replace I paid a lot in shipping.

I've had the ball for a few months, and while I've just accepted the issues, it's still very frustrating. I have to pump it up every single morning. I will not hold the inflation, even for 24 hours. I've had the large ballast ball for over 10 years and have only had to re-pump it up 3 times in all those years. It's really frustrating to see that I'm not the only one having the issue.

The ballast ball does not hold air. At all. Total waste of money. Very disappointed as the rest of my items are fantastic.

Not a happy camper... I thought I would get a round ball and not an egg shaped ball = 18" x 16 1/4". The ball is rock solid and it took a great deal of effort to even get the one dimension to 18". It is not anything like the ball that I use at my personal trainer's gym. And one of the inflation needles is falling apart. Your directions re: inflation are very poor, but I followed them as best I could. This is not a good representation of your products.

We recommend inflating it as much as you can, letting it sit for 24 hours and then adding more air. The 24 hour waiting period gives the material time to stretch. If you're still having issues please email us. Help@bosu.com -BOSU®
The 45cm ball I ordered for a client came too small and was shaped like an egg. I simply gave it to another client and ordered another 65cm ball that came in egg shaped as well. We have 3 older 65 cm balls that are bigger and perfectly shaped.
Will not be ordering from you again.
