I have been using the BOSU pro trainer for many years at home and at the gym .
I love it for full body stretches. Balance and strength training with light weights and barbells add to building core strength ! It’s my favorite item ( actually ) the only one I use at home ! Fit and happy age 66

I love this BOSU! I used shared ones at the gym when I was a member, and am delighted to own my own! It helps with physical therapy for a hip injury, an ankle injury, and all around fitness. I teach ballet and pilates, and I model for art classes, so I need to keep my body strong.

So far love it ! I use it in chiropractic rehab office for patients to work on balance and ankle mobility.
This does make a hissing noise still and I’m hoping it will go away. I don’t remember any in the past I’ve used making this noise. But it still is working oka6!

I was super pleased with how fast the shipping was! Instructions for the Bosu ball were pretty clear for the most part. You just have to make sure you get the right angle for the air to get into the Bosu ball. I sent an email concerned of a part I thought I was missing and someone responded to me right away for the clarification. So far it’s working great and I would recommend this everyone.

Balance Trainer I ordered on April 30 just arrived today via UPS. But sadly, not only the bounce trainer displayed clear signs of prior use, but the box didn't even include any parts or the manuals. What came in a box, with tempered seals, was just the unwrapped used bounce trainer. No protective cover of any forms, with multiple scuff and scratch marks on the rubber, frame, and the bottom of all feet. the box seemed like it's been sitting for some time with scuffs marks on it. The clear boxing tape strips on both ends were torn and appeared dried and old as well. An anticipated unboxing experience turned horrible. Sigh.

I'm very disappointed and actually sad! Balance Trainer I ordered on April 30th just arrived. The box was delivered with tempered seals on both ends. And inside, the ball was not in a protected cover/bag, and there's no sign of pump, any other parts, or the manual. The bounce trainer I did receive, however, displayed clear sign of prior use. It has scuff marks around the rubber area and the frame, with bottom of all feet showing dusts & scratches indicating wear and tear. I was so looking forward to receiving the product to try, and had to share this here.
