MASON, OH (FOX19) - National organizations American Fitness and Aerobics Association and SilverSneakers are partnering with the Mason Community Center to bring group excerise certifications to Warren County.
A BOSU® complete specialty certification course will be held on Sunday, October 6. The BOSU® fitness training device is an inflated rubber hemisphere attached to a rigid platform. It is also referred to as the “blue half-ball” because it looks like a stability ball cut in half. Mason Community Center uses this training device in many drop-in group exercise classes and for personal training. SilverSneakers® will offer SilverSneakers® Classic and Cardio Circuit certifications on Sunday, November 3. The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise, and wellness program for helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles.
