BOSU® Smart Feet Strong Body
Get strong and centered from the ground up in this one of a kind workshop which uses the BOSU® Balance Trainer to strengthen your feet, ankles and legs. Learn techniques to help prevent kinetic chain injuries and improve lower body movement quality. Stimulating your feet on the unstable surface provided by the Balance Trainer will enhance proprioceptive awareness and reduce stress levels. You will leave this workshop understanding the benefits of “barefoot training” as well as learning a variety of foot and leg conditioning routines which will transfer to disciplines such as yoga and Pilates. BOSU® Flow: Strong + Stretched
The BOSU® Balance Trainer is one of the fitness industry's best strengthening and stretching accessories, and when used to enhance flowing Yoga-inspired sequences it becomes a fantastic tool to support, cushion or even add a challenge to your favorite endurance and flexibility postures. In this workshop you'll learn a variety of pose combinations that train the body for muscular stamina and generously open up the tight areas so common in our students and clients. BOSU® Personal Training Specialty Certification   (8 hour workshop/pre-con/post-con)
The BOSU™ Personal Training Certification teaches you a unique system for incorporating strength, cardio, core, balance and agility into one full body workout with the BOSU® Balance Trainer, Ballast Ball, Stax, and Weighted Fitness Ball. This training will give you the theory and science behind functional training, as well as new and exciting BOSU exercises that can be used for one-on-one personal training or small group settings. Learn how to teach and coach a full workout consisting of 6 triplexes that focus on different components of fitness, as well as progressions and regressions for all levels of fitness. In addition, you will take away 6 bonus challenges that can be added to any workout for motivation and fun. Get ready to take your training to a higher level!

BOSU® Mind-Body Specialty Certification (8 hour workshop/pre-con/post-con)
