If you don't love your product, return it by calling 1-800-510-3834 within 20 days of delivery or first attempted delivery, whichever is earlier (the "Delivery Date"). When you call, you'll be given a Return Date. Refund will be as follows:

PRODUCT RECEIVED BY RETURN DATE - a full refund of your purchase price (less S&H).

PRODUCT RECEIVED AFTER RETURN DATE BUT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE - your purchase price (less S&H) will be refunded, but a 15% restocking fee will be charged (maximum restocking fee in AL is $25).

PRODUCT RECEIVED AFTER RETURN DATE AND MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE - NO returns will be accepted for a refund. Risk of loss for late returns is yours. Fitness Quest, in its sole discretion, will either (1) refuse to accept product delivery; or (2) will accept product delivery and hold it for 30 days so you can arrange to reclaim it at your cost. AFTER THE 30 DAY HOLDING PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

You must follow the Return Policy above. When you call, you'll be given a Return Authorization number or RA#. Write this number in the RA# box on the Return Label located on the bottom right corner of this invoice. All returns must be in the original box with the Return Label attached to the outside. YOU MUST PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.
